HOW TO FIND US
At the southeast intersection of Lawrence and Western Avenues is the archway sign above the entrance of Lincoln Square.
The historic one-way street is lined with small independently-owned shops and some of the best international restaurants.
We are located just a few doors north of Merz Apothecary and above SmileWorks Dentistry.
The glass front door is on street level with a red sign.
Our clinic is a 2nd floor walk up accessible by stairs only.
VIA PUBLIC
CTA Brown Line stop Western Avenue. Exit station and walk north 1 block to Lincoln Square.
CTA Bus 49 stop (from south) at Brown Line Western Avenue station (from north) at Leland Avenue.
VIA BICYCLE
There are 7 bike locking stations on Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Square. The closest one is right outside our front door.
VIA CAR
ParkChicago meters are available on Lincoln Avenue and 2 parking lots are located on Leland Avenue (east of Western Ave) for $2.25 per hour with a 3 hour limit.
Free neighborhood parking is on the 2200 block of West Leland Avenue with restrictions on M-F from 9am-11am.
